Could I recommend a project sample that comes with these tileset's properties?

Yeah, I could work out something with the map samples I made for the screenshots.
For future pack reference, are you finding difficulty assigning properties to these tiles? Is the arrangement confusing to understand? Thank you for the suggestion!

It is rather difficult to assign for the correct properties yes. MV does tend to make things look difficult with the limited tileset visuals it can be a really long and grueling process to play test each tile to make sure they are doing what the creator intended them to
